Goshen Mining, Logistics and Projects is an emerging, black women-owned business providing professional solutions across the mining, transportation, logistics and project management sectors.
We exist to give mining houses, industrial organisations, government institutions and private-sector clients a partner they can depend on. Precious Tema is a results-driven professional with a passion for strategic leadership, operational excellence and business growth. She is committed to driving operational efficiency, leading high-performing teams, optimising resources and ensuring effective service delivery. With a strong focus on accountability, innovation and continuous improvement, she aims to align operational activities with organisational goals and deliver sustainable business results.

Executive Director: Contracts and Stakeholder Relations
Tshireletso More is an accomplished professional with 24 years of experience across various government sectors, complemented by 10 years of executive management experience. Her career has equipped her with valuable expertise in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, organisational leadership and operational oversight. She brings a people-centred yet strategic approach to leadership, underpinned by integrity, accountability and collaboration.
At Goshen, she brings this experience to the mining, logistics and projects sectors, focusing on strengthening strategic partnerships, contractual governance, stakeholder relationships and sustainable business growth.

Executive Director: Finance, Risk and Corporate Governance
